Even when I created a new VM with a new disk and wanted to boot a fedora live iso it did not boot and gave me a kernel panic. I reinstalled virtualbox, tried different solutions for each error I found (changing the graphics controller, the chipset type, disabling the IO apic, removing the extension pack, usb controller change etc.) but nothing helped. From freezing at the network interface bootstage to kernel panics from a not syncing IO apic. The linux guest however had suddenly several errors. Atleast my linux guests, my freebsd guest somehow worked as before.

Please check Google and the VirtualBox Manual before asking simple questions. PLUS a detailed description of the problem, what research you have done, and the steps you have taken to fix it. Whether you have installed Guest Additions and/or Host Extensions (this solves 90% of the problems we see)
Whether you have enabled VT-x/AMD-V (applicable to all hosts running 6.1 and above) and disabled HyperV (applicable to Windows 10 Hosts) This is just a friendly reminder in case you missed it.
